There are no returns on custom items.
All other items are not returnable unless defective. We must be notified within 14 days of defect and the item must be in original condition.
Copyright, Trademarks & Licensing
Any design created by us will remain with us and we will retain the copyright to such designs. We are unable to provide any graphic image or design covered by end user license agreements which we hold to sell directly to the public or supply free of charge as an electronic file used in connection with any design we are commissioned to create. All files as mentioned above remain at all times the property of Kutcher Enterprises hence the reason no artwork is ever charged for. We will not at any time make available for sale or for free any design put together by our design team.

How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to your email when the order is shipped.
What are your delivery options?
Most of our shipping will be via USPS. On occasion depending on location and size of the item, we may use UPS or Fedex.
